Note: Booth space is limited and selling fast. Vendors will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. At some point we may have to put you on a waiting list. As advance ticket sales come in, more booth space may become available. We ask all vendors to help promote the event. Advance tix sales will be the key!
- An expert food panel, gardening classes, locally sourced farm lunches, and exciting exhibits. Set up time: 11:00am, Break down 4:30pm.
- Vendors will be located in one of two cafeterias [lunch venue], and classrooms [class venue].
- 3000 – 500 people specifically interested in food, gardening, health and wellness issues.
- Attendees will have paid $15 to participate. Free registration for children under 18 promotes family attendance.
- We are promoting through various wellness and local food interest groups in the DC area, as well as targeted media.
- We ask that vendors promote the event to your customers, as well. The more people we reach, the bigger the attendance will be!
- We will provide a Promo Kit for your use in promoting the event to your friends and fans!
- Please wear your company logo shirts, as we will not be providing name tags for vendors.
- Table Rental Options
- 3-ft’ Half Table: $25 plus 2 free tickets to the event ***
- 6’ Full Table: $50 plus 6 free tickets to the event ***
- 10’ Double Table: $100 plus 10 free tickets to the event ***

- Two Premium Sponsorships are available to Double Table vendors, for an additional $150 above the table rental free. Total of $250.00.

- Additional free tickets to the event.
